Design Phase

Our third phase of the greater “Aqua Harbor” waterfront development in New Port Richey - a 92-key Hilton brand hotel - is an exceedingly custom take on the Home2 Suites product. Featuring an elevated lobby, bar-eatery and pool, it is unlike any existing Home2 Suites in the continental US. We are very privileged to have clients that allow us to push forward with our unique design concepts, while we in turn maintain very high fiscal competitiveness as it relates to their investment products.
