Under Construction

Sitting on approximately 3.6 acres to the west of US Highway 19 in New Port Richey, our Aqua Harbor development is now under construction. Consisting of two 48-key condominium buildings (a total of 96 units) it will be followed shortly thereafter by a third phase 92-key rooftop bar hotel. Having recently celebrated the opening of the Comfort Inn New Port Richey (a couple miles to the north on US Highway 19), Resch Architecture is a major driving force behind the revitalization of the city and this important corridor for it.
